At YAKUP'S STORE , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, in accordance with applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014).
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:
It must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (no signs of wear, stains, perfume odor, or damage).
Please keep all original labels intact and (if possible) store in the original packaging.
It must be submitted along with the invoice or proof of purchase.
Attention: For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear with removed protective seals or signs of use cannot be returned.
2. RETURN PROCESS (STEP-BY-STEP)
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
Notification: Please send an email to contact@yakups.co with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[ORDER NUMBER]" or fill out the contact form on the website.
Packaging: Securely place the products in a sturdy box or envelope to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping: Please send the package to the following address via any express shipping company: B-dul Voluntari, No. 106 bis, hall C28-15-16, Complex Orient, Voluntari Ilfov.
If the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. REFUND
After receiving the returned items and verifying their condition:
Refunds for the products will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days .
Payment will be made using the same payment method used when placing your order (or via bank transfer to the IBAN account you provided).
4. PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or model, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
