Order confirmation: You will automatically receive a confirmation email after completing your purchase.
Preparation process: The seller delivers the order to Yakup's Cargo within X business days.
Package delivery: Products are collected by Yakup's Cargo and registered in our system.
Tracking and shipping: Once the package is en route to its destination, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery: Your order will arrive at your address within an average of X business days.
Delivery Time and Regions
All shipments originating from Turkey are delivered quickly throughout Romania via Yakup's Cargo.
Urban areas in Romania: X business days
Rural areas in Romania: X business days
Delays in deliveries may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or customs congestion.
About Yakup's Cargo
Yakup's Kargo is a specialized logistics unit of the Yakup's.co brand.
Once orders are received from sellers, they are processed directly by Yakup's Kargo and delivery begins.
• Storage and collection points in Türkiye
• Distribution network and partners in Romania
Secure and fully traceable logistics infrastructure – all shipments are handled exclusively by Yakup's Cargo. Third-party carriers are not involved.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, a unique Yakup tracking number will be sent to you via email and will be displayed on the "X > X" page.
On the tracking page, you can see the following in real time:
• The moment of receiving the package,
• Shipping date,
• Current location,
• Estimated delivery date.
Packaging and Safety
All products are carefully packaged by the seller and undergo quality control by Yakup's Cargo after delivery.
Special protective packaging is used for fragile or delicate products.
